DESCRIPTION:  \nReady to test your skills?  The time has come.  Introducing the CKMAF High Belt Challenge.  Open to Green Blue belts and above both Juniors and Adults. Two competitions: Self Defence and Weapons Sparring And a Social Afterwards. \nWeapons Sparring:  Try your skills against\, sword\, long stick  and medium stick.  Which weapon will prevail. \nSelf Defence:  Juniors demonstrate some Hap Ki Do techniques.  Adults demonstrate 6 Self Defence techniques and then demonstrate three more defences against attacks we randomly pick for you. \nClick here for the rules. \n  \nCompete and then meet your fellow high belts.  We are supplying food and drink afterwards . \nJune 21\, 2025. Listowel TKD is the place to be. Check in with your instructors.
