CKMAF Announcement
The Canadian Korean Martial Arts Federation announces the testing and promotion of Master Adrian Helm to the level of 4th degree black belt in Taekwondo at their semi-annual Black Belt Testing held April 12, 2025. Master Helm previously tested and was awarded the level of 3rd degree black belt in 2020 by the Canadian Tae Kwon Moo Do Federation. Master Helm also has extensive training in Korean Hapkido and Gumdo, Korean Sword, by The International Soo-in Gumdo Association headquartered in South Korea.
Master Helm has trained extensively in Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Gumdo in Canada and South Korea since beginning with Chung Oh’s School of Tae Kwon-Do in 2008, under the tutelage of Grandmaster Michael Malleck. Master Helm currently trains and teaches with TKD Galt, a Korean Martial Arts School in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.
