CKMAF Announcement

The Canadian Korean Martial Arts Federation announces the testing and promotion of Grandmaster Michael Malleck to the level of 8^th degree black belt in Taekwondo at their semi-annual Black Belt Testing held October 19, 2024. Grandmaster Malleck previously tested and was awarded the level of 7^th degree black belt in 2020 by the Canadian Tae Kwon Moo Do Federation. Grandmaster Malleck has also attained the level of 2^nd degree black belt in Gumdo, Korean Sword, by The International Sooin Gumdo Association headquartered in South Korea.

Grandmaster Malleck has trained extensively in Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Gumdo in Canada and South Korea since beginning with Chung Oh’s School of Tae Kwon-Do in April 1977. He currently owns and operates TKD Galt, a Korean Martial Arts School in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.
